Return and Refund Policy

At Faithwear Tees, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions.

Returns
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Process

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
Shipping: Ship the item back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Exclusions: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
